Ivan had to admit that he was surprised; why did Torva not try to incite them further? No little quip? No insults? Why this was he did not know, but he was not complaining: The day remained a good one. The angel looked over at Kira while she protested, wondering why the elemental smiled that way as he moved to the vampiress. Did Torva think to get reinforcements for some reason? Either way, Ivan was not worried; if it came to conflict, he could make easy work of a younger vampire, and Kira had already proved that she could take the elemental.
But he did not think it would get to that point.
The angel turned his head to look at Kira over his sunglasses, his bright blue orbs betraying his amusement at her idea. "Oh, I don't think one stray dog would cause too much trouble..." His mouth opened in a white smile as he felt the same juvenile rush as his companion had at the thought of the small delinquency she had planned.
"Just make sure," he continued in a quieter voice, "that nothing happens with your clothing..." His memory recalled his first night in New Orleans and the slight awkwardness that had developed around the same problem. The difference was that that event was in a secluded warehouse, and they were now at an outdoor festival.

Torva figured the other two would have all sorts of crazy assumptions flowing through their minds. He didn't expect the Doc to do anything other than think, and that was fine. It was the Lycan he wanted to act, by no means could he go straight for her, not in public. Still, it would be a fun game. When he got close enough to the young vampire he bowed his head slightly. Leaning in closer he whispered to the young woman..
"Scuse' me, I need you to do a favor for me. It's not much, just walk and talk with me for a bit. I'm sure you are fully aware of myself and the other two. No worries, they and I, we don't get along. Nothing should happen, nothing serious anyway; if they are as cool as they proclaim to be, they won't do anything here."
Whether or not the vampire followed him was irrelevant, it would be good if she did, but his plan should work fine regardless. He had said enough to hear he assumed, in a quiet enough voice that hopefully, the Lycan didn't hear a word. The Salamander made his way to a much less crowded area, with far fewer people roaming about. It was on the outskirts of the celebration. He was a step ahead of himself though, as he knew he could get the Lycan woman to do something; but he had no idea what he himself would do.

As the tan man approached, she recognized what he was. Hmm...So he's a Elemental?...Interesting. He reached Sierra, and bowed his head and whispered lowly, "Scuse' me, I need you to do a favor for me. It's not much, just walk and talk with me for a bit. I'm sure you are fully aware of myself and the other two. No worries, they and I, we don't get along. Nothing should happen, nothing serious anyway; if they are as cool as they proclaim to be, they won't do anything here." and then he turned around and began to walk away. Sierra was slightly confused, but decided to follow him.
With a few long strides, she caught up to him, her parasol over shading her. She walked along his side, and simple looked at him from the corner of her eye. What exactly is he planning? she pondered. They had gotten to a less dense area of the fair, and she asked him quietly, "May I at least know your name before any...'thing' happens?"

Kira sniggered at Ivan, but considered his warning. "I'll be right back," and the woman slipped away, trotting down to the bank of the river and hopping down the short 4-foot drop to the water's edge. There she de-clothed and slipped into her alternate form.
The wolf emerged -- so large for a wolf that people might guess she was a strange cross of dog breeds rather than their wild ancestors. Her fur generally came off as black, but in the bright sun it became apparent that there were auburn undertones to the dark coat; much like the woman's hair. In order to appear more dog-like, Kira's tongue lolled out the side of her mouth and her tail curled up over her back and swayed happily as she jogged back to her angel companion.
Her large almond shaped eyes twinkled mischievously, her large ears rotating to hone in on the elemental. She sat back on her hindquarters beside Ivan, the top of her head coming up to his elbow.

After watching Kira disappeared to begin her mischief, Ivan quickly ate some more of his funnel cake-- he probably would not be able to do so when the fun began, he was sure. Soon afterward the angel dropped the styrofoam container into a trash bin and dusted off hands in time to see a large canine appear; the sheen of auburn from its dark coat gave it away as the alternate form of his companion, even it if he had not known of her plot in the first place.
Ivan chuckled softly as he watched Kira return; her lolling tongue and rolled tail, together with her dog-trot, embodied perfectly the silliness that was sure to ensure. With a single finger he scratched Kira behind her ear, his amusement increased by the idea that doing this any other time would be absurd.
"Go to it," he whispered without looking down, confident in the fact that the wolf's acute hearing would pick it up anyway. The angel then put distance between himself and the lycan by stepping over to a drink vendor and ordering s frozen Coke. "Another good idea these Americans have..." he thought idly.
Drink in hand, the angel scanned the area for Torva-- he did not want to miss any of the action. In fact, he would be right there, he decided. His shaded blue orbs soon caught the elemental, who was leading the young vampiress somewhere. Ivan closed the distance quickly; when about fifteen feet away, he hailed the white-haired Torva.
"Torva," he said, adopting the cold, impersonal tone he used when discussing medical matters, "how is the shoulder healing?"

"My name is Torva, though I don't see how that is of any importance in this matter. No harm in you knowing though really, I guess."
Before he could say anymore to the young vampire, the Doctor had gotten over to him. Again he had gotten distracted in thought and had no idea either of them had moved. The instant the Doc spoke Torvas eyes began to shoot around the area, looking for the Lycan, which he couldn't spot off hand. Slowly his gaze returned to the man who now stood before him with some drink. Tilting his head to the side he cracked his neck back, and then the other way.
"It's fine, Romakov.. so, wheres the Lycan?" Pausing for only an instant, the malicious grin he got before fights returned to his face, in what almost seemed an instantaneous movement. "Is she gonna try to start something, here, thinking she's safe? Listen man, I'll burn this whole place down if I have to, but I won't lose again, ya hear me? Don't you think for a moment that the lives of these people count for shit. Lotta flammable stuff here.. and not a damn thing I'm afraid to burn."
The grin left his face, and was replace with a friendly smile. "Other than that my old 'friend', how are you doin' these days? Where are your weird clothes, don't you like being weird, like the rest of us? Or is the day that the humans want to be weird, the day that you be normal, because for you normal is weird." After his short rant he looked back and forth between the woman and the Doctor.. "Shaddup, it makes perfect sense.. I'll kill you both."

The man said, "My name is Torva, though I don't see how that is of any importance in this matter. No harm in you knowing though really, I guess." She was about to retort, but the pale man whom she had seen with the woman approached the two. She could tell immediately that the two did NOT like each other, but pretended to be friendly on this day of happiness.
Torvo greeted the stranger, calling him Romokav and mentioning something about a lycan. She glanced around for the woman, figuring she was the lycan he spoke of, but she was no where to be found. She concluded that Torvo wasn't on exactly friendly terms with the lycan woman either. She smirked at herself, and thought, What did I just associate myself with?
Torvo began to rant, but she almost tuned him out. Her concentration was on Romakav. She knew that Torvo was a Elemental, that the woman he was a lycan, but she couldn't place what he was, for she knew for certain that he was a mere human. He had a pair of sunglasses on, but she saw behind them a pair of brilliantly blue eyes. Her attention snapped back to the raving Elemental when he mention,"...I'll just kill you both."
Her head snapped to stare at him, her gaze becoming very intense, almost hostile, but almost instantaneously changing back to her seemingly-innocent looks. "And what have I ever done to you to deserve being killed?" she said smoothly.

Kira slipped away as Ivan went to approach the elemental and his new acquaintance. She watched him for a moment, then turned her attention to her own business. The lycan still didn't have a definite plan. All she knew was that she wanted to piss Torva off. Certainly more insult than injury; if any fighting was to break out she wanted to be able to pin it on the elemental. And knowing from her short experience with him how quick the pyro was to snap toward violence, she figured it wouldn't take much pushing to make him lose any composure he might possess.
She wanted to be careful; if there was to be a rematch, she certainly didn't want any collateral damage. Especially on such a beautiful spring day at the festival. Kira thought she might try to lure Torva out of the festival area just to be safe.
But there was so much more she could do in this environment! The wolf slipped behind the tents, hopping over bundles of cords that kept ovens hot and fridges cold so the food could be served appropriately. A few people noticed her but did little if anything, they were too busy to care as long as she didn't take away any business. Finally Kira came about, finding Torva, Ivan, and the vampire girl making a triangle not too far from where she stood amongst the tents.
The wolf glanced around, trying to find a means to torment the elemental. Something to cool him off, perhaps...
((must... think... of something.... any clever ideas? xD; ))

"Kira? I don't know where she is," Ivan replied honestly with a shrug. "I guess she went off to see the rest of the fair. She's one of those women that does exactly what she pleases, you know?" He smiled and raised his drink, slurping the iced drink through the pink straw that extended from the top of the white paper cup.
"Frozen Coke..." the angel remarked, holding the cup aloft. "Sometimes the Americans have good ideas. But just every now and then."
"There's no need to be threatening anything like that, Torva," he replied, the tone of his voice dropping several degrees. "It's a beautiful day, everyone's having a good time... plus, it would be quite foolish to do so. Burning everything in sight didn't help you last time, now did it?" Ivan just could not help it; the jab seemed almost necessary. Torva needed to go down a fews pegs, anyway-- his head was still far to big.
Choosing to ignore the comment about his normal choice of clothing, the angel turned his attention to the young woman. Ivan gave off a different aura than a lycan or the elemental nearby. The aura was calm; it gave off a feeling of cleanliness and purity. The angel gave her a white smile.
"I believe he is using rhetoric," he said lightly, "nothing to worry about. But you must forgive my lack of politeness, Miss." He inclined his head in the semblance of a small bow. "Ivan Romakov... pleased to make your acquaintance." An odd thing happened when he said his name: His tongue fell into a completely foreign accent, an Eastern European one, similar to Russian.
"I could not help but notice your parasol," he continued, the accent disappearing as quickly as it had come. "My memory may be somewhat faded, but is it of the Parisian variety?"
